Altruistic Endeavour
Today 25,000 people have died due to hunger, nearly 3 billion tress are chopped every year, it is estimated by 2050, there will be no ice in the arctic ocean. now, there are mroe than 1 million specieis of plants and animals which are endangered. These are only some of the facts that have rattled me from my core. I have witnessed poverty and scarcity first hand, what it takes to walk kilometres to fetch a pot of drinkable water. I feel personally responsible to be part of the solution. I want to my better version to engage society on these issues, responsible and sensitive humans are the building blocks of better planet.
Spreading Yoga

In a street-play format demonstrated a few yoga postures along with their benefits and correct way of doing them. Yoga is an ancient preventive healthcare system involving body postures, breathing techniques, meditation, self-control and self-discipline on desires and mined for a happy, healthy and holistic living.
Temple Service
Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore - October 2019
Shri Laxmi Narayan Temple celebrated the birth of Lord Krishna in 2019. An annual event that connects large Hindu expect community of Singapore. It was a pleasure to contribute as a compare with a self-crafted script which was a blend of Hindi, English and Brij Bhasha (the native language of Lord Krishna). This brought authenticity and native flavour of the festival and kept it understandable in contemporary lingo. The event was an education on how to keep the audience engaged, raving but yet disciplined and manageable.

Young kids enacted a Hindu Epic Ramayana. To keep the sanctity and authenticity of the Epic, I learnt a select few “Ramayana Chaupai” (quatrain of the Epic). These are in a dialect of Sanskrit called Avdhi which was new to me and was fun to pick the accent, meaning, connotations and nuances of the language and 350 years old Epic.
Movie Editing
Singapore - July 2019
A group of volunteers of Vivekanand Seva Sangh (VSS) made a short educational film on social qualities one must possess to be a good volunteer. The movie was a compilation of 6 short stories which are integrated with the use of multiple graphics, video editing and sound balancing tools. A never before experience of learning the editing tools, techniques while keeping the stiff deadline of 24 hours turn around time meant 13 hours of non-stop rigours and focused effort.
